Direct home deliveries and direct worksite deliveries take place both in town and in the countryside. You have to adapt to each situation, using dexterity and rigor to ensure the safety of goods and people at each delivery site. I hold a CACES, and am trained in Customer Service, so I take care to call to let people know I'm coming. In keeping with the customer promise of our principals, I'm on time, friendly and attentive to the needs expressed by the end customer.

With a CACES crane certificate, I receive specific assignments to be delivered by appointment. I'm skilful and above all attentive to the safety of people and property. I love my job, which is full of tasks and contacts. As required, I make initial site visits, and draw up a report to determine the type of means to be used for final delivery. On job sites, I meet demanding professionals or private individuals, and I have to satisfy their demands and provide a top-notch service.

We support our customers in the order process, to ensure that it runs as smoothly as possible between our companies, notably through the use of our web portal and EDI processing. We manage appointments with end-customers, and make sure that all information is correctly passed on: order status, management of cash on delivery, consignment notes, waste tracking slips, etc. We listen to our customers' needs, and adapt our procedures to best meet their requirements.

Trained in ADR transport, I manage customer rounds at waste collection centers. My knowledge of the transport of hazardous materials ensures quality work, with monitoring of deliveries and waste tracking slips. I have to be attentive and rigorous about product labeling, and above all report any sorting anomalies by passing on information in real time.
